Lufthansa Aviation Training

Mid of 2017, on short notice, I was mandated for conceiving, designing and developing the website for their newly created brand EFA, the European Flight Academy.

Timing was extremely tight and requirements and expectations not streamlined.
First I had to find out what was the initial Situation. Then, together with the team, I set priorities and defined a schedule, and only when we figured that the primary goal was the Website, I could focus on that. I conceived and texted the Website with advanced, designed-like Wireframes and the basic CI provided. Together with a frontend developer, who built it as a static page meanwhile I was producing the assets and getting all the approval, we managed to hold on schedule. The Website showed the different pilot training possibilities, their requirements and the affiliated airlines, and a schedule and subscription possibility for information events.
After going live, the Website was migrated into the WordPress system, owned by Lufthansa Aviation Training and continuously improved and extended. Over time the mandate evolved from an urgent Website creation to an overall project management support and campaign-planing assignment. Due to my advanced pregnancy, this job was fulfilled by the person covering my maternity leave.

This assignment has been acquired, supervised and handled, by me during my time as co-owner of Ratundtat GmbH. It was realized in cooperation with client-side teams, freelancers and own employers. The pictures displayed show the project during development.
