I’m a digital project manager and consultant working at the intersection of content creation, design, and development. I’ve been facilitating extensive web projects in the process of conceptual design while also actively managing them for many years.

In my many years of experience conceiving, managing, and leading web projects such as content-heavy corporate sites, portals, or web-based products, I have developed a strong understanding of the different roles and tasks involved in such an undertaking. 
As a project manager, I will always keep the balance between priorities, feasibility, purpose and objectives. Yet my particular attention will always focus on an ideal user experience combined with a meaningful concept. I support and coach the team throughout the different stages of the creative process, from ideation and design to content creation, through implementation, up until going live and even far beyond in the lifecycle management.

With the designers, I will emphasise on user-centricity and modularity. A proof-of-concept regarding content creation is a must. And so is solid documentation and know-how transfer of the design intentions and values. I’ll facilitate this process by making sure that all teams who have to further process these inputs had the chance to challenge and understand them. Validation being the counterpart, I can conceive, organise and moderate the needed interviews and user-tests.

Together with the editors, I’ll plan, organise and create all the required content pieces. Depending on the needs, I’ll make an IS-analysis, a content inventory and reflect on a migration concept. Based on the design inputs, as well as the branding guidelines and the tone of voice a stringent content concept including prototypes can be elaborated. For an efficient copywriting process, a timeline, a dynamic content guidelines and various templates will define each step in the process, from the raw content input to the implemented and translated version.

For the business people and the product management, I am the SPOC with an open ear for their requirements and a professional and solution-oriented approach. We will clarify and discuss requirements and solutions in workshops and templates will ensure their inputs is delivered in a structured way. I will lead and manage their expectations, without ever losing track of the overall scope and KPIs.

For me a good collaboration and a straightforward exchange with the different developer-teams is the Alpha and Omega. I work on their sprint planning, present the requirements from an editor’s and publishers’ point of view and continuously test the functions and components freshly developed. To constantly be on the page regarding progress and quality, I will always use and test the system myself. That helps me anticipatedependencies and negotiate prioritisation.

I’ll train the publishing crew for the new system and define an efficient and nonetheless flexible publishing process to guarantee a smooth transition. Usually at this point of the project, business operation processes have to be rethought and re-organised. I’ll set up and moderate the needed workshops and discussions, document the new processes, hand over all the knowledge the team has accumulated during the project and guarantee comprehensive training.

I aim to always be able to give transparent information about the project’s progress, budget, staffing and other specific matters. I’m used to the dynamics and problem statements of extensive projects and will therefore always give an honest and realistic evaluation of the situation. Also I will want to find out about the cause and the dependencies, in order to present measures for improvement.

In regards of the project a well considerate change management is a key factor for long term success. I support the change processes and the concerned persons with all the project know-how, as well as my experience in similar situations.

Regarding the tactical moves and political discussions, I normally rely on the person internally responsible for the project, with whom I anyway wish to work closely.

The requirements of the Marcom teams are early drivers in the creative process. I’ll take special care to establish a good flow of information exchange and involve the necessary persons at the right moment of the project. Their stake and their collaboration are key factors for acceptance and commercialisation. Particularly during launch respectively go-to-market, when accurate alignment is highly necessary.

My background as a multimedia designer, paired with my high interest in technical know-how, strategical thinking and my intrinsic motivation, make me a perfect match for your project team.

About me

I'm ready for everything that has yet to come.

I’m good at perceiving a situation or an intention and putting it in a larger context. Forging a plan and organising circumstances is what keeps me going – the more imagination is required, the happier I am. Finding a solution to the unexpected while staying focused on the achievement, comes naturally. And when things need to be done, I can bring up the needed stamina. I’m curious and like to take initiative, get things done and stand in for ownership. Regarding communication with my team, I promote dialog, I stay authentic and value their efforts.
 I am a strong team player, with real interest for people and situations. I appreciate an interdisciplinary work environment and a multicultural team, to which I contribute at least a little with my francophone background and my Chinese blood influence. I work remotely, but will come to any place required for the project’s needs.

Since 4 years I can call myself a mum. My heart is beating for the many travels with my family. My arms regularly greet the sun, and my legs love to take long, challenging walks in nature. My temper loves listening to fascinating stories around a home-cooked meal. My eyes are triggered by stylish things and my ears enjoy to listing to live music.
